I have to imagine the goal of the Twitch stuff would be to make something like AI VTuber or something. Less about the game itself, but more about the creator to be replicated.

I’m not a lawyer, but my guess is that this is more about publicly admonishing the DOJ lawyers to encourage them not to file them in the first place. There’s a difference between telling someone “No” and telling someone “Are you fucking kidding me with this stupid shit?”

I mean, I think the reasons that automated systems should allow for overrides by human operators should be pretty apparent.
