2·1 year agoThis isn’t regulatory. The auctions companies bid on and win have provisions in them that require companies to utilize the spectrum in X years. They must supply coverage if they bought the spectrum; they can’t sit on it.
Old Toys r Us was mostly just a warehouse vibe anyways. But it had a big box store level of toys to look over. It was the highlight of my childhood trips to the stores. They don’t really need to pretend to be the old FAO Schwarz.

Sounds like journalists can just make shit up and publish it. “Telsa declined to comment.” so I guess it’s true until corrected.
The fact a car was approved that doesn’t have a manual way to open doors from inside and outside and start it is ludicrous. That’s basic-ass level shit. NHTSA is asleep at the wheel.

5·1 year agoProbably not. Affairs deal with emotional or sexual relationships. Donating sperm precludes any relationship with the recipient in all but the most personal of situations. I.e. you donate your sperm to a friend.
And in donations you don’t retain parenthood rights I believe. So it’s a question of who gets to control your body and the answer is only you.

25·2 years agoInternet is not a base requirement like water. Without food, water, shelter, you die. Without internet and electricity you are left behind, you don’t die. It should be regulated like electricity
Yes because being homeless and without power will definitely ensure you can stay alive. This whole argument doesn’t make sense. Electricity doesn’t need to be regulated like water because for the most part, there can’t be tainted electricity. But you can still get your water cut off just like power so clearly the government doesn’t ensure you have ready access to it.
Oh and shelter is a base requirement but we still let people die in the streets. And for those people we aren’t supplying them with water: they can drink from what few public fountains exist in parks…if the cops don’t beat them for “loitering”.
No, internet should be a requirement to be provided to everyone like we regulate water and electricity and (used to) telephone service.
I got Tidal since I read they pay artists a bigger share per track played.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDfNRWsMRsU
Not a significant amount and they, along with all streaming services, have massively cut artist payouts in recent years. There aren’t really any good platforms for artists. Only labels get any amount of meaningful money.
https://www.businessinsider.com/guides/tech/best-music-streaming-service-subscription
Not really. They all cost about the same amount. In that article is right around $11 across the board.
Good? Even if Tesla wasn’t shit it’s probably for the best if one company doesn’t make up the majority of an industry.
And normally this would be good for Tesla as it’d indicate the industry is growing a lot. So even if they aren’t most of it their total sales would probably increase.
