Having tried to use those, my main issue was the 710 is an unreliable 2.4ghz wireless, when bluetooth controllers all worked much better for me. I couldn’t get the 710 to have reliable button presses from more than like 4 feet from my pc, so I ended up just using the 310 wired. Maybe there isn’t enough interference on the sub for that to be an issue.
As people have pointed out, they’re an advocacy group, and trying to reach less aware people. The fact that Elon banned em shows it was most likely working.
… as opposed to American Spyware? I’m no fan of any governments, including both Chinese and American (not fully anti government, just think all need drastic improvments) but while I understand calling it Spyware, the focus on Chinese feels a bit sinophobic. Facebook does bad spying work too, plus has run experiments on users live. Cambridge Analytica stole info for political means as well. Google, ISPs, and many other info sites collect and sell info on you, and many of them will submit info to governments when requested. X/Twitter is run by an egotistical MAGA idiot who is blocking stuff he doesn’t like but allowing Nazis to be broadcast to everyone.
They should all be considered similarly problematic.
Sync and I was already used to it when I abandoned Reddit.
There isn’t, but emphasis on why it’s an issue is always a good thing to do. Same reason people get upset when some articles say “had sex with a minor” or “involved in a relationship with a minor” when the accurate crime is “raped a minor.”
I was actually discussing this very idea with my brother, who went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios, Orrrlandooooo recently and while he enjoyed himself, said it felt like not much is new in theme parks nowadays. Adding in AI driven pictures you could actually talk to might spice it up.
The IT argument actually supports your argument, not necessarily against it. I work in IT and from home, and my company only works with Linux in limited capacities. Most of our tools and most of our clients are Windows based. Sure, I have Linux vms and such, but at the current moment switching my main OS is a hassle that I’ll go through later.
Instantly my thought too.
I have a terrible EV. Claims it has 80 miles of range but is really around 50 miles. A drive to work brings it down to 20%. The fast charge port is CHAdeMO, which at least around here is barely used, and even the electrify America places usually only have 1.
I still don’t want to switch back, I just want a better one with a more common port. I work from home except for the occasional mandatory in office stuff (one coming this Thurs and probably another next month). Most of the stuff I want to drive to is within a battery’s distance to go to and from. About the only thing that really sucks is vacations to visit family.
Slight problem with the meme vs what OP is doing: Someone evaluating choices isn’t going to know what to search for from logos. They’ll n only recognize Google, Apple, and Windows, with a slight possibility on Linux distros.
Yes I am real man want to go skateboards?
Oh hey, I found a random 8 year old video.
